Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Returns will only be accepted as store credit. Sale items and certain vintage/antiques are final and non-returnable. 

You may return, for store credit, most new items within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returns. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


At this time, we can only ship to the United States using USPS or UPS. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Sometimes, the estimate may be over or under the actual amount. If that happens, we will refund you the difference, or contact you to pay the difference. 

We are not responsible for a shipping delay due to the provider.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please inspect your items received within 3 days to assess any damage that may have occurred during transit. If you choose first class mail your shipment is not insured. Most purchases are insured up to $50 by USPS priority mail. If a purchase is over $50 and we ship with UPS, we may include insurance in your cost. This is not guaranteed. Please note if you want to add insurance to your package. If an item is damaged, you must take several photos of the damaged items AND the box and send it to us so that we can file a claim with the shipping provider.
