Ocean Springs Mercantile new location

Ocean Springs Mercantile has officially moved to 700 Washington Ave, downtown Ocean Springs, MS. Our first day open at the new location was on June 18, 2020.

For the last several weeks, the team at OSM has been preparing to make a big move to the heart of downtown Ocean Springs. This move was exciting for several reasons, two of them being: more foot traffic and more square footage! 

The space needed some TLC, so we got rid of the carpeted walls, opened up the ceilings, and began transforming it into the space that Susan, owner of OSM, envisioned it to be. 

Thanks in large part to Susan's husband, Randy, and his guys at Village Building & Remodeling, we were able to transform the room into a breathtaking page right out of a magazine. The guys repurposed old doors, frames & antique windows to help create a store that truly takes your breath away upon entering. 

With more room, we are able to furnish the space with larger antique furniture and pieces for our customers. We are always getting a variety of vintage items, as well as new merchandise!

We've had an incredibly successful first few days of being open, and we are looking forward to welcoming even more visitors through our doors throughout the coming weeks and months. 

If you live in the area, come check us out in person. We don't think you will be disappointed. If you don't live in the area, come visit all that Ocean Springs & the MS Gulf Coast has to offer! In the meantime, you can shop with us online, and plan to visit later!
